Passionfruit & Lime Mojito
A fun and tropical mojito perfect for how light and refreshing it is! A must for any get together. |
Ingredients: |
🌿1 piece of fresh mint (keep the tip for garnish) |
🌿250ml of soda |
🌿1 passionfruit (fresh preferred but dried can be used) |
Instructions: |
🍹Fill tall glass with ice. |
🍹Add mint leaves (from bottom of stalk keeping the tip for garnish). |
🍹Add 1 spoonful of passionfruit pulp & stir ice, mint and pulp to muddle the mint. |
🍹Add soda water (leaving 1-2cm of room at the top) |
🍹Top with more passionfruit pulp, or half a passionfruit & the mint tip for garnish. |
